Demarcation of the plot, and placement of boundary lines and points

Demarcation of the plot is a procedure where the boundary points and boundary lines are placed in the same place where the plot boundaries were originally set and measured.

Before building a building or installing a fence or planting , it is advisable to restore the borders of the cadastral plot or demarcate it.

In the case of buying and selling plots, it is necessary to demarcate the plot, especially if the plot is abandoned and there is no visible border between the plots. According to the number of the cadastral plot, data about the plot - its dimensions and location (coordinates of intermediate points) are extracted from the cadastre. Based on this data, the boundary is marked and boundary lines are set.
